When I'm not playing guitar I'm selling houses... or maybe the other way around. I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii in a military hospital called Tripler Army Medical Center. If you're not sure which one that is it's the big pink one on the hill you see while driving down H201. I've lived in the Tri-Cities since 1981. Graduated in 1994 from Kamiakin High and married to a lovely woman in 1999. We have four kids and 5 grandchildren thus far. My wife has sold real estate since 1991 and we’ve been investing in real estate since 2001 when we bought our first duplex in Richland. My wife encouraged me to get my real estate license but I was always hesitant. “I’m not a sales person” I would say and I don’t like to pressure someone into buying something they don’t want or need. She coached me around my mindset and I earned my real estate license in 2005 and have never looked back. I’ve since realized that I’m not salesperson, I’m a business owner that helps people achieve their dreams of homeownership… and I meet some awesome people along the way that develop into lifelong friendships. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be a stressful process and my job is to ensure it goes as smooth as possible.
