“When I’m not playing guitar, I’m selling houses… or maybe the other way around.” Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, at Tripler Army Medical Center (the big pink hospital on the hill), Damion has called the Tri-Cities home since 1981. A Kamiakin High School graduate, he has been married to Ericka, his best friend and real estate partner, since 1999. Together, they’ve built a family with four kids and eight grandchildren.
After earning his real estate license in 2005, Damion discovered his passion wasn’t in sales—it was in helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership and creating lifelong friendships along the way. He understands the stress of buying and selling and is committed to making every transaction seamless and successful.

Selling real estate since 1992, Ericka combines decades of experience as a Designated broker with a passion for helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions. Partnering with her husband since 2005, Ericka believes their unique strengths and perspectives make them an unstoppable team. Whether it’s negotiating deals or guiding families through the process, her goal is always to provide exceptional service tailored to each client’s needs.
🎉 When she’s not working, Ericka enjoys family time with their four kids, grandkids, and outdoor adventures like camping, biking, and hiking. She’s also deeply involved in community outreach and cherishes her role as part of the Tri-Cities community.
